Recommended method

Wash lips, apply a proper amount of lipmask, and gently rub lips for 10 seconds before to go to bed; then gently wipeoff the dead skins with a cotton in next morning, after all, wash lips.

For internal use only, usually 2 – 3 timesa week, but it is recommended to use once per night for those whose lips arevery dry.
